Hotel's services and highlights:

Two halls fitted with tables and chairs (one is visible in the second picture) to allow the guests to arrange alternative activities or simply hang out during panels and games, giving everyone more freedom from the con's schedule. The hall that we use for panels can be completely darkened with rolling shutters and isolated with a thick sliding door, granting the perfect lighting and privacy conditions that are ideal for any panel. There's also reserved restroom on the same floor, so that you won't have to go back to your room every time you need it.
A whole building of the hotel, separated by the rest of the construction, is completely reserved to the con's attendees, granting us more freedom, even during the night, allowing anyone to stay up and chat or play in the halls.
Free air conditioning system, adjustable to our needs (i.e. fursuiting) and powerful ceiling fans to cool down the halls and some of the warmer bedrooms, even when September's climate already has fair temperatures.
Most of the bedrooms are double rooms, wide and cool, with private bathroom, shower curtain, hair-dryer, lockbox and Satellite TV in every room.
Free Wi-Fi through all of the hotel.
Rich breakfast included in the price and the chance of having a really cheap half-board or full-board service in the hotel's restaurant (see below). Free fresh water is always available in the hall.
Sea-view hotel, with a discounted beach resort right across the street. This way, if you'd like, you could just go and take a dip or sunbathe and then you could shower back in your own room, which is only a few steps away! Free beach is a 15 mins walk from the hotel.
Pets (big or small) are allowed. (Please, do contact the Staff if you wish to bring your pet along, just to make the proper arrangements with the room and roommates).
Free parking lot owned by the hotel, big enough for every guest and linked to the hotel with a free shuttle service.
Railroad station is only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel.
There are a lot of places (Pizza places, restaurants, Piadineria (typical local food), take-aways, pubs, bars...) only a few minutes from the hotel, for everyone who'd like to have a night out or take the opportunity to enjoy Italian cuisine and wines.
No curfew or any time limit to come back to the hotel by night, as they have a night-shift receptionist that will be always awake for you.


***The hotel also has a restaurant with really cheap prices:
- 5€ extra a day for the half-board service (lunch or dinner).
- 10€ extra a day for the full-board service (lunch and dinner).

The meal includes: buffet appetizers, both hot and cold dishes, appetizers à la carte, a choice of 5 first course dishes (with either meat, fish, organic, etc.) and 5 second course dishes (with either meat, fish, vegetables, etc.), sorbet, ice cream or fresh fruits for lunch and sorbet, ice cream or cake for dinner. Special menus on thursday, when the hotel has a theme party, and on saturday for the Romagna-styled party. Water is included in the meal's price.

For only 5€ a meal this is surely an offer not to miss!

Your preference for the meals and service will be required while filling the form given when paying for the balance fee later on and the additional price for the meals will be payed when arriving at the hotel, leaving the payment for the con unchanged from what has been stated.
