Zampacon 15 - Fur Ro Dah!Il tema di quest'anno, se non l'avete già indovinato, sarà
Fantasy-Medioevale!Le iscrizioni saranno aperte a partire da
lunedì 16 marzo e resteranno tali fino a
martedì 31 marzo alle ore 23.59.
Ma ecco qui alcune
informazioni utili al fine di partecipare alla convention.
►Quando si svolgerà la convention?Il periodo in cui si svolgerà
Zampacon '15 sarà quello compreso tra il
2 settembre 2015 e il 6 settembre 2015 (compresi)!
►Dove?La convention si svolgerà presso la rinomata località marittima di
Bellaria-Igea Marina, direttamente sulla costiera romagnola, poco a nord di Rimini.
La struttura che ospiterà Zampacon '15 sarà l'albergo
Morri Oceania, lo stesso presso cui si è svolta la convention durante lo scorso anno.

Vi ricordiamo che il
costo della convention (vedi sotto)
comprende il pernottamento per quattro notti e colazione a buffet.
L'albergo dispone inoltre di una sala ristorante dai prezzi molto competitivi:-
5€ extra al giorno per la
mezza pensione (pranzo
o cena).

10€ extra al giorno per la
pensione completa (pranzo
e cena).
►Quando chiuderanno le iscrizioni?Le iscrizioni, che coincidono con il pagamento della caparra,
chiuderanno il 31 marzo 2015 alle 23.59! Dopo tale data sarà ancora possibile iscriversi alla convention, ma
NON sarà più possibile usufruire dello
SCONTO (vedi sotto) e non sarà più garantita la disponibilità di badge, gadget e disponibilità della scelta per il compagno di stanza.
►Cosa devo fare per iscrivermi?● Per poter partecipare alla convention sarà necessario prenotare un posto con il versamento di una
caparra (50€) e completare il form per la raccolta dei dati secondo le modalità descritte dal thread di iscrizione (che pubblicheremo in data concomitante con l'apertura delle iscrizioni). Tale pagamento sarà completato dal versamento di un conguaglio (105€) che verrà richiesto per la fine di maggio.
● Come metodo di pagamento verrà utilizzato il
bonifico (anche online), vi forniremo le coordinate bancarie necessarie con il thread di apertura delle iscrizioni. In alternativa sarà anche disponibile il metodo tramite Paypal.
►Quale sarà il costo totale?● Per coloro che si iscriveranno
entro la finestra di pagamento della caparra (16 marzo 2015 - 31 marzo 2015), sarà previsto uno
SCONTO DI 20€, portando il costo complessivo della convention a
155€! Non vi fate scappare questa opportunità e iscrivetevi subito!

registration is soon to be opened for
Zampacon 15 - Fur Ro Dah! The theme for this year, if you haven't already guessed, will be
Fantasy/Medieval.
Registrations will be opened from
Monday March the 16th till
Tuesday March the 31st at 11.59 PM (UTC +1).
Here's some
useful information for anyone who would be interested in joining the event.
►When will the convention take place?Zampacon '15 will take place from
September the 2nd 2015 'till September the 6th 2015 (included)!
►Where?The convention will take place in the sunny and relaxing sea-side town of
Bellaria-Igea Marina, in the renowned Riviera Romagnola, just a few miles north from
Rimini.
Zampacon '15 will be hosted in the three-star
Morri Oceania Hotel, the same place where the last even took place and that everyone enjoyed.
You can find some
pictures of the hotel in this thread (listing its features, in Italian).
We'd also like to remind you that the
convention price (see below)
includes a four-night stay and a all-you-can-eat breakfast every morning.
The hotel is also provided with a sea-viewing restaurant that serves exquisite Italian cusine and typical Romagna dishes with fantastic prices:-
5€ a day for
half-board service (lunch
or dinner).

full-board service (lunch
and dinner).
►When will the registration close?The registration, which implyes the payment of the deposit fee,
will close on March 31st 2015 at 11.59 PM (UTC +1)! After that term it will still be possible to join the event, but the
DISCOUNT will
NO LONGER be available (see below) and there will be no guarantee that you may still receive your personal badge, complimentary gadgets or express your preference for your roommate(s).
►How do I register?● To be able to attend the convention you'll have to book a spot by paying for the
deposit fee (50€) and filling in the provided web-form to collect the data needed for your reservation, following the procedure that will be explained in the registration thread (that will be published at the opening of the registration). The registration will be completed with the payment of the balance fee (105€) that will be required by the end of May.
● The payment method will be a
bank transfer (can be done via web too!); we will provide you with the bank routing number with the registration thread, once they are officially open. As an alternative, we also offer the chance to pay via Paypal, using the provided Paypal button.
►What will the total price amount to?● For everyone who will register
within the official sign-up period (March the 16th 2015 - March the 31st 2015), there will be a
20€ DISCOUNT to the con fee, that will lower the total price to
155€! Don't waste this fantastic chance and register as soon as you can!
